What are the check-in/check-out times?
Check-in time at the Smart Hotel in Gdansk is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. The "Travelling on business package includes early check-in from 9:00 a.m. and late check-out until 3:00 p.m.
What times is breakfast available?
Breakfasts are served from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, and on weekends from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Of course, there is a parking lot for passenger cars and buses at the hotel. The cost of parking is PLN 25 per day. Immediately when checking in to the hotel, please inform the reception that you have arrived by car and provide its registration number. There is no need to collect a ticket from a parking meter. Parking fees are payable at the reception. Due to the fact that the parking lot is operated by an external company, failure to report at the reception that you have arrived by car may result in a fine being issued.
Can I come with a dog or cat?
Pets are allowed. There is an additional fee of PLN 40/stay. Are baby cots available in the hotel? Yes, cots are available at no extra charge. It is best to send a request to prepare a cot before your arrival so that it will be waiting for you in the room.
Are there hairdryers in the rooms?
A hairdryer is not standard in the room, but you can rent it at the reception. Is there an iron available in the hotel? You can rent an iron and ironing board at the reception.
Can I book the hotel by phone/email?

If I arrive before check-in time or after check-out I still want to explore Gdansk, can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
Of course we can store your suitcase at the reception.
If I arrive at the hotel late at night, do I have to report it in advance?
There is no need. The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. You can check in anytime from 3 p.m.
If I booked accommodation without breakfast, can I buy only breakfast?
Breakfast can be purchased at the reception for 45 for PLN for an adult and a child aged 6 and over. 25 PLN for a child aged four to six.
